We are a licensed health tourism agency (Ministry of Health License No: AK-9876) facilitating services, not a medical facility.
We collect basic contact details (full name, country, phone, WhatsApp number) automatically when you voluntarily submit our forms. Public forms do not collect sensitive health details or medical photos.
We process your data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6/1-a) and for the performance of coordination agreements (GDPR Art. 6/1-b). The purpose is strictly limited to coordinating travel schedules, hotel bookings, and clinical consultations in Turkey.
To manage your medical itinerary, your details are shared with our licensed partner medical clinics in Turkey (such as ClinicDent Dental Clinic, MedHair Clinic) and secure communication tools (such as WhatsApp/email services) for coordination.
We retain your data safely for 2 years following coordination completion or as required by statutory limitation periods. You may contact info@duygusuhealth.com to request access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data.
